Just wow. After hearing so much about this place, I went there today. We ordered Bacon Cheese Ace, Mushroom Burger. Chicken Strips and Chilli Cheese Fries. It was all amazing. Their open area for sitting is also really good. If you are looking for amazing burgers then this is a must try place in Saskatoon on Broadway.
Was here for the crunchy fries and indeed the fries were well prepared and tasty with the crunchy touch. They have seating outside too which is lovely when nice weather and just taking in the happenings of the street.
Overall I enjoyed the food here. However, I'm not a big fan of the prices (though post pandemic closures, I understand it to an extent). I had the Bacon Cheese Ace burger, which was prepared well. The patty tasted fresh, though felt rather small, and was slightly overcooked. The flavors and the other ingredients in the burger worked well. Ultimately though, $9 for a single medium sized burger is simply too steep. The chili fries tasted very good. The chili used was flavorful and substantial, and the sauces on top really brought everything together. The advantage and disadvantage of an open kitchen is that you see your food being prepared, and you also see employees with ungloved hands handling raw food. I did not see much in the way of hand washing either.
First time visiting They have many veggie options Not HALAL Got a decent variety of options Lemonade drink is good Spacious sitting Patio also available Good view from the inside with massive windows Easy to park Staff needs a lil work not friendly Music can be too loud at times Free wifi Overall moderate
Recommended by a friend to try the restaurant and it did not disappoint! Service was polite, informative and efficient. Food was one of my best hamburger + poutine experiences in a long time. I had the Mac Burger and the Mac Daddy Poutine which was delicious! Will definitely be returning.
We did a big staff lunch order and a few items got mixed up. Their phone wasn’t working, so we had to head back in person, which was a bit of a hassle. But once we got there, they listened, fixed everything up, and made sure the order was right. In the end, great service and amazing burgers — worth it!
So cozy! We ordered truffle mushroom burger and it was fantastic! Will go there again for sure!
Wonderful service! Excellent tasting food! Fresh, fresh, fresh!!! Our bacon Ace burgers were soo good! but, if you like meat, then I suggest you order another beef patty for your meal. The fries and onion rings are crispy and enjoyable even after they have cooled. I recommend this burger joint is in a great location, great service, and flavors are amazing!
